Gluten-Free Raspberry Peach Champagne Mug Brownies

The perfect Valentine's-Day-In recipe for two!


  • 1/3 cup dry Stonewall Kitchen Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie Mix (from 18 oz. box, availabel at Weekends) per mug

  • 1 tablespoon fat-free egg product per mug

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil per mug

  • 1 teaspoon water per mug

  • 1 tablespoon Stonewall Kitchen Raspberry Peach Champagne Jam (available at Weekends) per mug

  • Fresh raspberries for serving!


  • 1 Spray bottom of microwavable mug (about 12 oz) with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix brownie mix, egg product, vegetable oil and water.

  • 2 Spoon batter into mug. Stir in raspberry jam. Microwave uncovered on High 40 to 50 seconds or until top is set and toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean; Let stand about 1 minute, top with additional jam and/or fresh raspberries. Best served warm in mug. (careful, mug will be hot when removed from microwave!)
