Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Servings: Varies

So, this recipes actually makes more than 2 brownies, but what a cute way to end a dinner date but with two individual brownies (plus you'll have more for the next day!) Or, make the perfect individual desserts for your Galentine's Day party guests!

  • 1 box Stonewall Kitchen Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie Mix (available at Weekends!) or brownie mix of your choice!

  • 2 large eggs (may vary depending on mix, see box)

  • 7 TBSP unsalted butter (may vary depending on mix, see box)

  • Toppings of your choice (chocolate sauce, powdered sugar, sprinkles, frosting, ice cream, and/or jam!)

  1. Pre-heat oven as specified on packaging.

  2. Prepare brownie mix as directed on the package.

  3. Grease ramekins

  4. Fill each ramekin two-thirds to allow room for it to rise during baking. The number of ramekins used will depend on the size of your ramekins. You can also use a brownie pan!

  5. Bake as directed.

  6. Allow to cool.

  7. Top with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
