Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte


  • 1 cup brewed coffee (try Schuil Pumpkin Spice coffee, available at Weekends!)

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup, or sweetener of choice

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, or ¼ teaspoon cinnamon plus ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

  • whipped cream, optional


  • Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pot and heat through, making sure not to boil, stirring occasionally.

  • Serve hot, or over ice!

  • Top with whipped cream (optional).

  • Enjoy!
